The Right Candidate Should Have Demonstrated experience in senior hospitality management in high-revenue venues. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention. Excellent financial management capabilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with the training manager to deliver and record training, focusing on in-service and in-venue training. A thorough understanding of industry compliance requirements.
