Happy Haven OSHC (HHO) is a South Australian-owned and operated Approved Provider of Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services with strong child-centric and inclusive philosophies. With the head office located in Modbury North, HHO currently operates over 60 sites in metro and regional South Australia.

• About the role

As the Relationships and Contracts Manager, you will report to the Governance Manager and oversee the contract life cycle, including the preparation, review, negotiation and coordination of bids, contracts, and agreements. Key priorities are the development and management of external relationships resulting in successful negotiations.

• Duties
• Serve as the point of contact for all contract stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong external relationships
• Draft Review, implement and manage contracts
• Identify risks, advise and collaborate to implement mitigation strategies
• Internal compliance auditing and reporting
• Skills & experience
• Strengths in relationship building and negotiation
• Hold or gain DHS WWCC, RRHAN-EC and NPC
• Previous recent success in a similar role
• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field are desirable
