Key Responsibilities
At Central Queensland Radiology (CQR), we put #PatientsFirst — and that starts with you. We're on the lookout for a superstar Medical Receptionist to work full-time across our two Gladstone practices : Gladstone Private Clinic and Gladstone Hospital. You’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) that helps patients feel calm, cared for, and confident.
Working Monday to Friday rostered between the hours 6.30am - 6pm. No weekends! What You’ll Be Doing Welcoming patients and managing paperwork Answering phones and booking appointments Explaining prep instructions and Medicare rebates Managing schedules and processing payments / claims
