Service Advisor - Autorecruit

My client is part of a larger dealership group, and they are now looking for a Service Advisor to join their highly successful Mackay dealership. Working with their leading brand, you will bring strong knowledge to this role.

About the Role :

• Oversee 15–20 repair orders (ROs) per day
• Coordinate with technicians and parts teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the service process
• Support dealership targets in customer satisfaction and service performance
• Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure smooth operation of department

What We’re Looking For :

• Senior-level experience in a dealership service advisor role
• Strong working knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Prior brand-specific experience is a plus but not essential
