  • Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple repair projects on homes, schools & businesses
  • Ensure works are completed efficiently, in a cost-effective manner & with a strong focus on quality
  • Provide peace of mind to clients in stressful situations
  • Manage & lead our contractors to achieve quality works to specific deadlines
  • Troubleshoot & validate variations where applicable
  • Build relationships with clients & subcontractors
  • Source sub-contractors to build on existing trade base
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all parties are kept well informed
  • Work with other team members & business units to achieve targets & budgets
  • Travel across multiple locations within the Melbourne Metro region
  • Assist in in prompt & effective complaint resolution
  • Weekly project updates including detailed descriptions on progress of projects & cost reporting

  • Carpentry / Building Trade or Construction Qualification
  • Experience supervising construction projects ideal, however essential
  • Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal
  • Demonstrated negotiation & analytical skills
  • Ability to work in changing work environments
  • Strong time management & organisational skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Honest nature, positive attitude & sound work ethic
  • Computer literacy
  • Current & valid motor vehicle licence
