Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage multiple repair projects on homes, schools & businessesEnsure works are completed efficiently, in a cost-effective manner & with a strong focus on qualityProvide peace of mind to clients in stressful situationsManage & lead our contractors to achieve quality works to specific deadlinesTroubleshoot & validate variations where applicableBuild relationships with clients & subcontractorsSource sub-contractors to build on existing trade baseLiaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure all parties are kept well informedWork with other team members & business units to achieve targets & budgetsTravel across multiple locations within the Melbourne Metro regionAssist in in prompt & effective complaint resolutionWeekly project updates including detailed descriptions on progress of projects & cost reportingKey Selection CriteriaDo you have proven examples of demonstrating drive and energy? Carpentry / Building Trade or Construction QualificationExperience supervising construction projects ideal, however essentialExcellent communication skills - both written & verbalDemonstrated negotiation & analytical skillsAbility to work in changing work environmentsStrong time management & organisational skillsAbility to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholdersHonest nature, positive attitude & sound work ethicComputer literacyCurrent & valid motor vehicle licence
