Baskin-Robbins is the world's largest chain of ice cream specialty shops. Baskin-Robbins creates and markets innovative, premium ice cream, a full range of beverages and a delicious line-up of desserts including custom ice cream cakes and take-home ice cream quarts and pints. Following 5 years of continuous growth in Australia, it's an exciting time to join the marketing team as they work toward the launch of a new brand in December, including an App for online ordering and loyalty.
About the role
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager, this is a newly created role for a social media specialist who can bring the fun, playful and cheeky brand voice of Baskin-Robbins to life and engage their audience with effective social media content. The role will work with the National Marketing Manager to audit current social performance and create and deliver a strategy that aligns with the current and future brand, marketing and promotional objectives.
Drive success metrics across channels including growth, lead generation, consumption, reach and sharing
Management of Google Business Pages across the BR network including review management and response; and
Create and deliver effective and regular reporting on performance metrics to measure the outcomes of strategy.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, your background and experience must meet the following requirements :
Ability to manage budgetary controls across channels and campaigns; and
Commercial experience in Retail or Food & Beverage industry is desirable (but not essential).
