Casual Cleaning Scheduler

At Safe N Clean our focus is on supporting older people or clientele with a disability to experience a sense of wellbeing, choice, and independence in their lives.

We are looking for a casual cleaning scheduler to join our busy office in East Rockingham. Hours would be between 20 to 25 hours per week (This will be discussed in the interview process). Working days will be flexible Monday from to Friday.

• Scheduling Domestic Cleaning
• Working out efficient routes for the Cleaners
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Google Drive spreadsheets
• Administration experience
• Answering our busy office phone
• Liaising with clients

• Hourly rate $30.00-32.00 plus 11% Superannuation
• Requirements
• MUST have Administration experience
• A great telephone manner
• High attention to detail
• A strong customer focused approach
