Position Title : Senior Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of assigned procurement packages, from planning and tendering through to contract close-out. The position requires a high level of commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with public sector procurement frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing tailored contract execution strategies and compiling targeted bidder lists
• Drafting and coordinating comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation
• Issuing tenders and managing bidder communications and clarifications
• Leading tender evaluations and negotiations; preparing Recommendations for Award (RFA) for internal and client endorsement; finalising contract awards and ensuring alignment with agreed terms
• Coordinating contract kick-off meetings and facilitating project commencement
• Overseeing post-award contract administration, including progress monitoring, milestone tracking, payment claim validation, variation management, claims assessment, and contract close-out
