• 1. Arts & Music Program Coordinator

For creative souls with a love for :

• Music, dance, or jazz
• Playing or teaching instruments (drums, flute, etc.)
• Leading expressive art or music therapy sessions
• Helping participants explore creativity through performance and play
• 2. Allied Health Assistant Coordinator

Ideal for those interested in wellness and therapy support :

• Assist in hydrotherapy and light exercise programs
• Work alongside allied health professionals
• Support participant mobility and wellbeing
• Track progress and encourage participation
• 3. Lifestyle Skills Program Coordinator

Perfect for people who love daily living and life skills coaching :

• Run fun cooking classes and home skills sessions
• Teach transport training, shopping, budgeting, and hygiene routines
• Plan recreational outings and community activities
• Help participants build independence in everyday tasks
• 4. Media & Social Program Coordinator

For content creators, photographers, and storytellers :

• Capture and promote program highlights via social media
• Run workshops in makeup, styling, or photography
• Support participant-led media projects
• Build online engagement and community presence
• 5. Workforce & Employment Program Coordinator

For mentors and career support specialists :

• Assist participants with resumes, interviews, and job skills
• Link them to volunteer or employment opportunities
• Conduct basic job assessments and confidence-building sessions
• Inspire participants to pursue meaningful goals
• What We're Looking For
• Experience or enthusiasm in one of the above areas
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and lead small group activities
• Passionate about inclusion and empowering others
• Desirable (But Not Essential)
• Cert III / IV in Allied Health, Disability, Community Services, or relevant field
• Music, arts, media, or vocational training experience
• NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR
