About The Opportunity

Do you have previous experience working in Radiology as a Medical Receptionist?

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our Qscan Midland team on a Casual basis. This position will be supporting the coverage of sick leave, annual leave and other ad hoc requirements based on business demand. There is the potential for additional coverage and shifts to be picked up as they become available. This is an ideal role for someone who has flexible availability to work different shifts week to week.

Shift patterns range from 7am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Medical Receptionist, You Will

Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.

Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.

Operate our booking system efficiently.

Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

About You

In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring :

Flexibility in working hours.

Previous Radiology Medical Reception experience

Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to patient care.

Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks while maintaining timely service.

Adaptability to various databases and systems.

Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
