Group Real Estate is looking to employ a vibrant Real Estate agent to join our supportive team of professionals.

We are a modern vibrant Real Estate Agency whose business purpose is to provide honest and reliable real estate sales solutions to our vendors. We are growing and we are looking for great people to grow with us.

Based in Officer, we cover a vast expanse of Melbourne's South-East as well as Melbourne's North-West, as well as wherever you're based! Every day's work is different in this role, with the flexibility to work from home and / or office.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Prospecting to effectively achieve targeted listings

Managing vendor listings through to settlement

Delivering outstanding customer care and executing agreed sales process

Confidently and transparently communicate through all customer interactions

Consistently demonstrate a customer-first approach to your operations

Partake in letterbox drops

Attend weekly meeting & training sessions - Mixture of Office and Zoom

Qualifications & Experience

Demonstrated experience & success in previous Sales role

Outstanding clear, simple and transparent communication style

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (Agents representative certificate)

Police Clearance obtained within last 6 months

Australian driver's license & your own car

Customer Service experience an advantage though not required
