Store Person - / Logistics Person

Position based at clients NOR Operations

Responsible for the safe and efficient transport, handling and storage of Materials, Spares and Equipment being delivered to site.

Key Accountabilities :

• Load, unload, move, and store materials at the Stores
• Coordinate transportation of materials, equipment and spares to and from the stores
• Receipt deliveries to the stores
• Pick and issue for maintenance requirements
• Ensure a high level of accuracy is maintained in the warehouse
• Coordinate couriering services to and from the stores
• Communicate with the Inventory planner and Technical officer on arrival and departure of materials, spares and equipment
• Maintaining the safe and clean working environment at the stores
• Reduce overall stores footprint by vigilant store keeping and allocation and working closely with the inventory planner
• Reduce the level of scrap distributed across the client's site by organising for its consolidation and removal
• Ensure adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity standards.

• including having a national police clearance.

Due to safety requirements at their sites, contractors when on site must have the appropriate PPE (Closed in shoes / safety boots, long pants & a long sleeved shirt). Depending on length of contract some PPE may be provided by the client by request. High Vis vests will be provided.

All Hours Flat. Start & finish times may vary in accordance with requirements
