As a
- COS (Coordinator of Supports) / Rosterer
- you will play a dual role within our organisation. You will be responsible for coordinating participant supports under the NDIS framework, as well as managing the daily staff rosters to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a

- based in our office, with flexibility around days and hours worked.
- Key Responsibilities
- Coordinator of Supports Duties
- Assist participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
- Connect participants with appropriate providers and services
- Monitor progress and outcomes in line with participants' goals
- Maintain regular communication with participants, families, and providers
- Ensure all support coordination documentation and reporting is up to date
- Familiar and competent with reporting and the RPA panel
- Rosterer Duties
- Schedule support workers in accordance with participant needs and availability
- Manage shift changes, cancellations, and last-minute coverage
- Liaise with participants and staff to resolve roster-related issues
- Use rostering software (Deputy & CareKernel) to manage and update schedules
- Maintain accurate records of shifts, hours worked, and compliance
- Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in the NDIS sector, support coordination, or rostering preferred
- Strong understanding of NDIS plans, budgets, and funding categories
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Tech-savvy, with experience using rostering or client management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Social Work, Community Services or similar (desirable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Driver's Licence (desirable)
