Dry Stone Waller + Stonemason

JRM Stonework is a small professional stonemasonry company specializing in traditional dry stone walling. Proudly South Australian owned, we are a highly sought after, growing company based out of Lonsdale, SA. While most of our work is in the Adelaide Hills and surrounds, due to the specialized nature of the company, we do undertake projects throughout South Australia.

The role

• You will be required to perform a variety of tasks including building and repairing dry stone walls, building mortared stone walls, stone paving, dressing stone, mixing mortar, picking stone, site cleaning, and other duties as directed
• Will include formal and on-the-job training (with international certification)
• You will be required to work as part of a close team, and at times, independently
• Requirements
• Must have some previous experience in either or both dry stone walling and stonemasonry
• Must be willing to continue learning dry stone walling and traditional stonemasonry
• Must have a generous supply of common sense
• Must be neat, honest and reliable
• Must be positive, proactive, patient and punctual
• A current drivers licence is essential
• White card preferred
