• Leading Landscaper
• to manage on-site crews, oversee high-quality landscape projects, and deliver top-tier service to our residential and commercial clients.
• What You'll Do
• Lead a crew of landscapers on daily jobs
• Execute and oversee installations, maintenance, and hardscape work
• Interpret landscape designs and ensure proper implementation
• Ensure high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety
• Train and mentor junior crew members
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and supervisors
• Responsible for booking in materials
• Experience in quoting
• What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of landscape experience, with leadership responsibilities
• Skilled in softscape and hardscape techniques
• Able to read blueprints / plans and direct team accordingly
• Proficient with landscaping equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• A positive, team-first attitude and reliable work ethic

Pay : From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours : 30 - 40 per week
