Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Sales Team Member to join our dynamic team in Bankstown Australia. In this collaborative role you will contribute to our organisations profitable growth by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

  • Provide outstanding customer service ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless operations and address customer queries
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards ensuring products are attractively displayed
  • Process web orders efficiently including picking packing and organising timely delivery
  • Contribute to a professional and organised work environment

Qualifications :

  • Proven customer service and sales experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Problemsolving skills and a flexible approach
  • Enthusiasm and a customerfocused mindset
  • Proficiency in visual merchandising (desirable)
  • Familiarity with order processing and inventory management (desirable)
