Job summary : Flexible hours availableNo experience required for this roleExpected salary : $35,000 - $40,000 per year The System Analyst will analyze and improve business processes and systems to ensure optimal performance and meet organizational needs. This role requires a strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with a focus on enhancing productivity and efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements and understand business needs.

System Analysis : Evaluate existing systems and processes, identify improvement areas, and provide recommendations.

Design and Documentation : Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications, workflow charts, and diagrams.

Solution Development : Collaborate with developers, IT, and other teams to create or improve systems that align with business goals.

Testing and Quality Assurance : Conduct testing to ensure new and updated systems meet specified requirements, and support quality assurance processes.

User Support and Training : Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they understand system capabilities and limitations.

Project Management : Assist in planning and managing IT projects, including coordinating resources and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 1-2 years of experience preferred in system analysis, business analysis, or a related field.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in system analysis tools, SQL, and software development life cycles.

Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
