Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, WA owned & operated commercial building head contractor who have a proven track record in delivering a diverse range of commercial construction projects typically ranging from $15-$30m and as a result, are expanding their team with the addition of an experienced Contracts Administrator.
A highly experienced senior leadership team, with over 25 staff locally in Perth who take on negotiated projects with existing clients, as opposed to lower margin / tender style construction, which creates a more enjoyable environment.
The Role - Contract Administrator
You'll be the main CA typically working across 2 projects simultaneously, working in close collaboration with an experienced Construction Manager & Site Manager.
A hybrid role between site & the projects, you'll take on all typical CA responsibilities that include; Contracts management, claims, RFI's, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and maintaining organised records etc.
