Foreign Exchange Sales Consultant - Brisbane Airport - Shift Work

The role involves providing first-class customer service to international travellers by buying and selling foreign currency.

You will be responsible for :

Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX dealsBuilding customer rapport and encouraging repeat businessPerforming daily branch dutiesAdditional Information : Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience is essential.Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities are required to help customers understand their foreign currency needs.The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales, promoting our services while working towards and achieving targets.

The role suits someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and able to adhere to procedures.In return, we offer in-depth training and development, competitive pay, and an exciting incentive scheme for hitting sales targets.The ability to work under pressure is necessary.Hours : 15 hours per week, working Wednesday and Thursday from 21 : 00 to 05 : 00.Base hourly wage plus award shift loadings.You must be eligible to work in Australia.Previous applicants need not apply.Job Types : Shift work
