About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Year 8) with a strong background in community mental health. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dedicated team and provide comprehensive mental health services in regional New South Wales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience and a genuine passion for community-based mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments.
• Perform risk assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Create and implement effective community mental health treatment plans.
• Manage community-based MG case management.
• Apply evidence-based interventions in the delivery of mental health services.
• Serve as a Clopine clinician.
