Job Overview
The Executive Business Partner will play a critical role in enabling the Head of Operations to focus on strategic leadership and business growth. This position is designed to provide high-level administrative, research, and operational support to ensure leadership priorities are executed efficiently and day-to-day operational matters are appropriately delegated to the relevant department managers.

Job Responsibilities
Executive and Administrative Support
Manage and prioritise the Head of Operations' inbox and calendar to optimise time allocation and focus on high-value activities. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring the Head of Operations is fully briefed and informed. Summarise meeting discussions and capture action items with clear next steps for follow-up.
Research and Documentation
Conduct research and analysis to support the development of discussion papers, briefing notes, and strategic reports. Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation that facilitate data-driven decision-making. Maintain and organise reference materials, data sources, and key documents relevant to leadership priorities.
Operational Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for operational matters directed to the Head of Operations, with the authority to make decisions in routine and well-defined situations. Monitor progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution of decisions and deliverables.
General Support
Assist with the documentation and archiving of decisions, processes, and internal guidelines. Provide occasional coordination support for cross-functional projects as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure is an advantage Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (eg. Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, or Project Coordinator) supporting senior leadership Proficiency in productivity tools, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and ZOHO Workplace Familiarity with project management tools is an advantage
Whilst the role currently leans more heavily on high-level administrative and operational support, it offers direct exposure to strategic initiatives and cross- functional collaboration. This provides an opportunity to progressively buil strategic skills and establish a strong foundation for future advancement
