Who's our Ideal Candidate?

As an experienced Village Manager (VM), your management skills are highly developed, you know how to prioritise effectively, and can handle multiple competing requirements. You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with ease to a diverse group of clients, visitors, guests, and members of your team.

You will have experience in managing profit and loss, and you are familiar with navigating the scope of a service contract. In addition, you’re a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety standards, especially HACCP. You can delegate effectively, lead by example, and drive strong performance in safety, finance, and guest experience, according to Civeo and client requirements.

Our sites range from 150 to 3000 people, so we can work with you to find a village that matches your experience and aspirations. In addition, our business spans across Australia and beyond, offering ample opportunity to grow and progress when suitable!
