This is a great opportunity for a dynamic technology lawyer to join a leading ASX listed company. You will be joining a collegiate and high calibre legal team with a range of expertise. You will be handling a range of cutting edge work such as drafting, review and negotiation of high value, complex technology contracts (including Saas, Cloud, Outsourcing, Data), advising on risk and working with the business to ensure successful implementation. You will play a key role on critical projects and work closely with the GC and the exec team.

Skills & experience

The successful candidate will have circa 3 to 7 years pae in TMT. You will have gained experience in a major domestic or international law firm and potentially also in-house or on secondment. You will be a team player and a strong communicator allowing you to build effective working relationships with a range of senior stakeholders. You will also be commercially focused, keen to learn and develop and to partner with the business.
