The Role : Manage a residential portfolioAssist with repairs and maintenance requestsConduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspectionsCollect rent and minimise rental arrearsNegotiate leases and rent reviewsTenant communicationWork closely with the PM and leasing teams The Person : A current driver's license and reliable carA valid Certificate of RegistrationPrevious experience as a property manager or property officer is essentialProficient in using property management softwareStrong time and management skills, effective communication skills and be well presented.The Perks : Monday – Friday Role - no weekend work!!Generous salary on offer for the right experienceJoin a team where work is fun!
