Are you a motivated and ambitious young individual looking for a rewarding career in welding and fabrication / boilermaker? Look no further!

The Role

Learn and develop skills in welding and fabrication / boilermaker techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals

Full-time hours_ : During the initial three-month period, you will be working 38 hours per week on a casual wage, giving you ample opportunity to demonstrate your skills and dedication.

Begin as a general Trade Assistant during the probationary period

Apprenticeship opportunity_ : If you prove yourself worthy during the three-month probationary period, you will have the chance to transition into a formal apprenticeship, setting the stage for a promising career in the welding and fabrication industry.

Assist with the assembly and fabrication of drilling equipment

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery

Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Genuine interest in pursuing a career as a welder / fabricator or welder / boilermaker

Best suited for a recent high school graduate looking to gain entry into the workforce

Basic understanding of welding principles and techniques (prior experience is a plus)

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferable exposure to or experience in a workshop setting
