  • Experience in professional supply chain and logistics or e-commerce experience is highly valued.
  • Fleet allocation / transport management experience
  • Professional communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • What you'll be doing
  • Allocate drivers to our Pet Circle vehicles to service both transactional and subscription customers in the most efficient and customer-focused way.
  • Route and allocate driver runs to ensure our customer expectations are met (balancing both our customer experience and fleet density goals in line with business objectives)
  • Liaise with fulfilment team on any return or replacement orders.
  • Liaise with sortation team in relation to sorting / staging / loading vehicles for drivers.
  • Monitor the daily progress of deliveries and returns and troubleshoot problems in the case of any problems, deviations or delays, providing real time support to drivers.
  • Liaise with customer service team on timely recovery for failed orders to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Comfortable working closely with drivers, drawing feedback to glean opportunities for achieving operational improvements.
  • Drive compliance for maintaining health and safety of the drivers in line with COR.
  • Maintaining dock, thorough vehicle inspection during driver debrief and other ad hoc duties that the role may require.
