Medical Receptionist

We have a casual (ongoing) position available, 2 days per week, approximately 18 hours, plus Saturday mornings (1 in 3 or 4 approximately)

Our reception operates between 7 : 30am and 6 : 00pm Monday - Friday and 8 : 00am-12 : 00pm on a Saturday.

• as the role requires dealing with patients with complex needs, often hearing impaired, cognitive impairment.
• Ability to work efficiently as a team as well as individually with limited supervision

• Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
• Experience with Best Practice and Pracsoft software
• Familiar with claiming procedures for Medicare, online claiming, TYRO and private payments
