Assistant Store Manager

• What You Will Be Doing
• Drive lead generation daily by talking to potential customers at our Joondalup store located in Lakeside Joondalup.
• Support the store Clinician (Audiologist) and Store Manager by scheduling and following up appointments for potential customers
• Complete daily operational processes and develop store strategies to increase customer

leads, expand store traffic and optimise profitability

What We Are Seeking

An experienced and talented Manager to support and motivate the team to deliver

exceptional results

An outgoing and motivated personality where you are comfortable engaging face-to-face with potential customers on a daily basis

Previous experience meeting and exceeding business targets

Strong listening and communication skills with people management, and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer literacy
