Following recent employee driven organisational change including workplace restructure, this is a recently established role on the Executive Leadership Team. Reporting to Chief Executive Officer, the Head of People and Customer is a key leader in the delivery of Council's workplace Transformation Strategy.
Responsible for Melton's key people function, the role will oversee the People strategy. Beyond focusing on people and safety, this role is critical in leading customer experience, corporate communication and transformation program functions including initiatives and strategies. The Head of People and Customer will continue to lead a welcoming, supportive, contemporary and flexible work environment where staff are engaged and valued to ensure Melton City Council is an employer of choice.
