About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Interpreter to fill a full-time position based at our Lonsdale location. You will be required to use your mechanical and parts knowledge to assist our workshop and customers with their enquiries. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure customers receive up-to-date information on all products / services over the telephone and through counter sales.
Responsibilities :
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service to all customers, new and existing
- Handle all parts sales and enquiries
- Process all orders efficiently and accurately
- Prepare detailed quotations for parts supply
- Promote and upsell products
- Adhere to WHS policies and processes
- Work Saturday mornings on a rotating roster
