Our Opportunity

Currently we have vacancies for 3 x Production Operators, in our baking production facility at our Fyshwick site. The Operator is an integral member of the baking team. The role will make a strong contribution to a high performing production team and team culture within the Fyshwick site. These positions are integral to the success output of our daily fresh products to the community. Reporting into a Team Manager you will work as part of the operations team to ensure that -our daily fresh bread products are produced and packaged in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner, ensuring quality and food safety standards are met.

You will need a willingness and an aptitude to learn and a history in manufacturing or machine line operations. To ensure success in this role you will have good communication and be committed to following processes and procedures. Interacting with a variety of people will come naturally to you, and while you will actively contribute to the team you will be disciplined enough to work autonomously.

Monday 2.15pm - 11.45pm

Thursday 4.00am - 2.30pm

Friday 4.00am - 2.30pm

Saturday 8.00am - 6.30pm

Sunday 5.45pm - 5.45am

Monday 5.45pm - 5.45am

Tuesday 4.45pm - 3.45am

Wednesday 4.45pm - 11.15pm
