ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Senior Project Manager , you’ll take full ownership of key projects from early design through to delivery - acting as the client’s trusted advisor every step of the way. You’ll drive consultant coordination, design management, authority approvals, contract administration, and construction delivery, drawing on your experience across superintendent duties to ensure smooth, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

DUTIES

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from concept through to completion
• Manage consultants, design processes, and statutory approvals
• Oversee procurement and delivery phases, acting as Superintendent
• Guide project teams with confidence, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders
• Monitor program, budget, and quality performance throughout
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Client-Side Project Manager , ideally in a senior capacity
• Background in construction, development, or consultancy
• Experience in acting as Superintendent on construction projects
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to operate autonomously and drive high standards
• Sharp, solutions-focused, and commercially astute
