The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Mechanical Plumber to join our Melbourne team. This is a full-time role ideal for a skilled professional ready to take the next step in their career with a company that backs their development and rewards their contribution.

You’ll be working on a diverse range of projects across commercial and high-rise construction, leading by example on-site, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality plumbing solutions.

What You’ll Bring

Current plumbing registration and relevant qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial plumbing

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset

High standards of workmanship and pride in quality

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and support a team

A commitment to safety, punctuality, and continuous improvement
