Our Technical Advisory and Capability (TAC) practice and Team Downe r serves as one of the Major Service Providers delivering consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence leveraging innovative approaches such as mission and digital engineering to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs. This includes collaboration with key Defence entities including Defence Digital Group (DDG) National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG) Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) and branches across the Navy Army and Air Force .

C4 Design sets standards for joint force networks using Mission Engineering principles and communication expertise. We are looking for a candidate for our Canberra based joint project on Foundational C4 Design Core ICT Infrastructure to :

• Advance C4 Design guidance for improved Joint Force integration.
• Apply mission engineering thread methodology to C4 Design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop force integration artefacts including contributions to the Information Environment Control Board.
• Enhance methods processes and repositories for C4 Design guidance collation.
• Work with the standards team to formalise guidance into standards profiles.
• Develop architecture views and data visualisations for As Is and To Be states.
• Implement MBSE at SECRET and TOP SECRET levels for repeatable engineering processes.
• Support key programs and projects in applying design guidance.
• Prepare briefs for co-design and project assurance activities.
