Warehouse / Manufacturing Manager

Role type : 6 Month Contract

Location : Adelaide, SA

Rate : $72- $77 p / h

We are looking for someone with experience in production / manufacturing processes and warehousing operations, who is confident managing inventory control and liaising across various departments. A background in rail manufacturing, train monitoring systems would be ideal for this position, however transferable industry experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring processes and schedules are metManage stock in and stock out processes, maintaining accurate inventory levelsOversee daily operations across both manufacturing and warehouse functionsManage a small team of 4 working across various departments.Liaise with the parts and procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and componentsManage and maintain inventory systems using SAGE softwareMonitor and improve production procedures for efficiency and qualityImplement and maintain safe working practices and compliance with safety regulationsAssist with reporting and documentation related to production and inventory performanceContribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives in production and warehouse operationsExperience and Skills Required
