Production Operator

We are looking for a dedicated and quality-driven Production Operator to join our fast-paced team in the promotional product industry.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining decoration equipment used to personalize products such as pens, drinkware, bags, flashlights, and other promotional items.

This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality product output through various decoration methods including pad printing, laser engraving, UV printing, sublimation, and screen printing.What you will do : Operate light industrial machinery for product decoration in accordance with daily production targetsEnsure the accurate fulfillment and quality of decorated products according to specificationsPerform in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with internal quality standardsFollow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures consistentlyMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment at all timesPerform basic machine adjustments during product changeovers to maintain production flowIdentify, troubleshoot, and report machine performance issues to the line managerAccurately complete production documentation, including scrap and performance logsMonitor material usage and ensure the correct raw materials are used by verifying work order codesManage raw materials, work orders, and machine setup in a structured and efficient mannerActively contribute to achieving and exceeding set throughput, efficiency, and quality standardsFollow written and verbal work instructions with attention to detailSupport end-to-end production tasks, including material handling, machine operation, packing, and preparation for shipmentCollaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flowReport any safety hazards, defective materials, or process deviations to the supervisor immediatelyPerform additional duties as assigned by management to support production operationsWhat we need from you : High School Diploma or equivalentPositive work ethic with a "can do" attitudeWorking knowledge of PCs (desirable)Proven track record in relation to timekeeping and attendanceAbility to work cross-functionally and willingness to learn new processes as requiredAbout usAt globalcatalogue, we're proud of our heritage as a 100% family-founded Australian company.
