Customer Relations Officer

We're growing fast, and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable

• Customer Service Representative
• to join the team.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our amazing customers, helping with everything from new enquiries and onboarding, to support throughout their car subscription journey. You'll play a key role in ensuring every customer feels supported and valued.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Assisting with bookings, account changes, and general support
• Problem-solving customer issues and helping them get back on the road
• Keeping customer records up to date in our system
• Working with our operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• What We're Looking For
• A great communicator with a friendly, professional tone
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset—you genuinely enjoy helping people
• Strong attention to detail and good written communication
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role (automotive is a bonus, but not essential)

Pay : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
