We are currently seeking Sales and Marketing Manager position for Kangaroo Island, South Australia.

• Responsibilities

As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. Your responsibilities will include :

• Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies and set sales goals to maximizethe organization and its sales and customer loyalty.
• Directs the development and implementation of strategies to promote the organization and its goods and services to as many people as possible.
• Skills & Requirements

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills, experience, and qualifications :

• 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Previous sales or business development experience will be highly regarded.
• Proven experience increasing sales and building business.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written, and verbal
• Superior attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Professional presentation and work ethic
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with customers, suppliers, owners, and staff.
• Ability to build, maintain and seek new opportunities and partnerships within the local market.
• An infectious passion for delivering a memorable customer experience and creating loyalty of customers.

Pay : $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute / relocate :

• American River, SA 5221 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
