Due to our unique approach to family law, the demand for our services continues to grow. We now have an exciting opportunity for experienced Family Lawyers (5+ years PAE) to join our close-knit and supportive team at Evolve Family Lawyers.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of your cases, work closely with clients, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about helping our clients resolve their family law disputes.

As a key lawyer within Evolve Family Lawyers, you will :

Manage your own caseload, work alongside the founding director Geovanna Jammo, and work closely with clients to provide strategic, compassionate, and resolution-focused legal advice.Negotiate, mediate, and facilitate out-of-court settlements, while also being able to advocate effectively in Court when necessary.Work collaboratively with our team of experienced lawyers and support staff.Support the growth and culture of Evolve Family Lawyers, making a real difference in the way family law is practiced.More about you.

You are a highly skilled and experienced Australian Family Lawyer with 5+ years PAE who is genuinely passionate about helping families navigate separation in a way that is empowering, dignified, and resolution-focused.

You are :

Experienced in managing family law matters end-to-end, including property settlements (basic to complex / high net worth), parenting disputes (including high conflict cases), and financial agreements.Compassionate, strategic, and down to earth.An excellent communicator (written and verbal) who can handle complex legal matters with clarity and confidence.Committed to resolution-focused family law – you are part of the solution, not the problem.Detail-oriented and have exceptional time management skills.Able to work independently, while also being a collaborative and supportive team player.Motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to build authentic client and professional relationships.We would love you to also :

Have or be willing to gain / learn business development experience and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Have undertaken Independent Children's Lawyer training.Have experience in or an interest in Collaborative Practice.Have a genuine desire to leave both places and people better off after they have met and spoken with you.Approach your work skillfully in picking the right battles and focus on resolving conflicts.Who we are at Evolve Family Lawyers.
