- Administration Officer
- to join our team. As the primary point of contact for students, you will play a key role in providing administrative support, managing enrolments, and ensuring students have a seamless journey throughout their time with us.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and providing guidance regarding enrolments, course information, and general administrative support.
- Process student enrolments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documentation is received and processed in a timely manner.
- Assist students throughout their journey, providing support from initial enquiry to course completion.
- Maintain student records using Student Management Systems (SMS) and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support course delivery, track student progress, and ensure smooth learning experiences.
- Provide administrative assistance to academic staff and other departments as needed.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of student orientation, student support, and other key student events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with changes to policies, procedures, and systems.
- Key Requirements
- Proven experience in an administration role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong understanding of the student journey.
- Experience with Student Management Systems (SMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of
- Prism
- Student Management System) is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
