About Your New Job

The responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to :

Monitor invoice inboxes and prepare invoices for processingIdentify any discrepancies and problem invoicesReconciliation of accounts and bank statementsPrepare and issue outgoing invoicesAllocation of paymentsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect detailsRegular liaison with other branchesProvide administrative support to the finance team and wider administration team when requiredAssist with month-end closureOther general administrative tasks as required

About You

The ideal candidate will have :

Previous exposure to accounts and receivableProblem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProfessional demeanour when engaging with internal / external stakeholdersAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Microsoft packagesIdeally, some tertiary qualifications, however, not essential
