Job descriptionAbout the Role Managing documentation and new client registrations. Advising and managing HCP queries including ensuring all database records are accurate. Supporting the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable teams. Providing Payroll Support. Provide superior customer service and respond to accounts queries. About You 3+ years prior experience in a similar high-volume / complex role. Prior HCP experience (highly desirable). Prior CRM / Xero, MSSuite, Sharepoint experience (desirable). Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices. Be IT savvy and enjoy using a variety of systems with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Proven capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative. A capability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships. How to Apply

Reporting to the Financial Controller and working with a motivated team of (7) accounting professionals, the focus of this role is to coordinate and ensure all government supported Home Care Package (HCP) activities are managed efficiently and effectively.
