About the RoleReporting to the Financial Controller and working with a motivated team of (7) accounting professionals, the focus of this role is to coordinate and ensure all government supported Home Care Package (HCP) activities are managed efficiently and effectively.
Joining an outgoing and busy finance team, your day here will include the following key responsibilities :
Managing documentation and new client registrations.Advising and managing HCP queries including ensuring all database records are accurate.Supporting the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable teams.Providing Payroll Support.Provide superior customer service and respond to accounts queries.About YouYou will bring these attributes to the role :
3+ years prior experience in a similar high-volume / complex role.Prior HCP experience (highly desirable).Prior CRM / Xero, MSSuite, Sharepoint experience (desirable).Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices.Be IT savvy and enjoy using a variety of systems with proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteProven capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative.A capability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships.How to Apply
