About the RoleSeeking an advanced psychiatry registrar with an interest in Indigenous Mental Health. This accredited training position is a joint initiative between Victorian Aboriginal Health Service and St Vincent's Mental Health, funded by the Federal Government's Specialist Training Program.
The role is community-based at the Family Counselling Service of VAHS, involving assessment, investigation, and treatment of diverse mental health issues. The position includes clinical supervision, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and participation in academic programs. The successful candidate will contribute to the on-call roster at St Vincent's Mental Health.
Salary ranges from HM26 to HM30 ($136,413 - $177,622.12 pro rata annually), plus salary sacrifice, excluding superannuation.
