About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient service across all shifts. You'll take ownership of floor operations, coach and support the front-of-house team, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience. This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front, thrives in busy environments, and genuinely loves hospitality.

Your Skills and Experience

Experience supervising FOH staff in a busy restaurant or bistro setting

Confident operating POS systems and managing cash handling

Calm, proactive leadership style with a guest-first mindset

Strong communication and presentation skills

Available for a flexible roster across 7 days, including weekends
