Are you an experienced e-commerce professional with a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for fashion? Signal Brands Australia manages the global licenses for Rag & Bone and GUESS across wholesale, eCommerce, and our own brick-and-mortar retail stores in Australia and New Zealand. We are on the lookout for a dynamic E-commerce Manager to lead the daily trading, merchandising, and optimisation of our Shopify Plus GUESS online store.

About the Role :

As our E-commerce Manager, you'll take charge of the end-to-end e-commerce operations – from executing product launches and seasonal promotions to analysing conversion funnels and driving performance. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, this role is central to delivering a seamless and high-converting online experience across all digital touchpoints.

What You'll Do : Manage weekly product drops, campaign launches, and promotional rollouts across the online store.

Own and optimise site search and merchandising to increase conversion rates and basket sizes using Searchspring.

Lead performance tracking with regular dashboards and actionable insights to drive revenue and optimise UX.

Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams to ensure brand alignment across site, EDM, and paid media.

Analyse site traffic, conversion funnels and sales performance post-campaign; produce and update weekly dashboards

Direct and work with offshore coordinators to ensure timely content updates and accurate product data uploads.

Work with SEO partners and developers to implement best-practice on-site SEO and technical enhancements.

Run A / B tests and develop initiatives to improve conversion rates, basket size, and customer engagement.

About You : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field

3+ years' e-commerce or digital merchandising experience, preferably on Shopify Plus

Strong data-analysis skills with GA4 and Excel, Data Studio / Looker a plus.

Familiarity with Shopify Admin, Flow and basic Liquid templating.

Understanding of on-site SEO and A / B testing methodologies.

Proven ability to coordinate across time zones and with offshore teams.

Familiarity with Searchspring or similar merchandising & personalisation tools.
