Our Role

As the Residential Concierge (internally known as a Resident Experience Team Member), you'll be the welcoming face of Dickson Village Apartments - delivering exceptional service, coordinating community events, and fostering a vibrant, connected resident experience.

Key responsibilities include :

Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections, and apartment viewings.

Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, ensuring timely and thorough follow-through.

Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams to ensure seamless operations.

Uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and safety while actively contributing to emergency response procedures.

Skills & Experience Required

Unrestricted working rights in Australia

Cert IV in Real Estate Practice (ACT) or be willing to obtain

Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail

Confident in problem-solving and making sound decisions

Foundational experience in leasing or property support
