Our client is in search of a Space Systems Branch Contract Manager to be a part of a small team, providing Contract Management for several Defence SATCOM assets.

  • Deliverables
  • Varying and managing a contract with a high-profile Defence vendor to take into account new and obsolete Defence assets on Satellite ground stations.
  • Managing the vendor to ensure compliance to the contract. This includes writing of documents, supporting contract changes, ETP Endorsement and drafting.
  • General Contract Management Tasks.
  • Essential Criteria
  • Participate in stakeholder working groups and meetings and provide commercial advice.
  • Provide commercial input to the development of any Contract Change Proposals or Statements of Work.
  • Participate in evaluation activities and negotiations as applicable.
  • Assist in the management of training aspects of Communications assets.
  • ITAR : stay conversant with the responsibilities, international regulations and conduct of activities associated with ITAR.
  • Provide Transition Support / Management for projects / existing systems transitioning to CAF-45.
  • Disposal plan and decommissioning strategy for assets being retired.
