The Company

Join a well-established and reputable commercial builder with a strong pipeline of work across SEQ. Known for delivering quality new build projects valued between $10M–$30M, this contractor prides itself on a collaborative team culture, supportive leadership, and commitment to professional development.

The Role

We’re looking for an intermediate to senior level Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of upcoming commercial projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site team from tender through to project completion. This is a Brisbane office-based role with occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage head and subcontractor contracts
Administer variations, progress claims, RFIs, and procurement
Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost control

About You :

4+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator

Proven experience on commercial new build projects ($10M+)
