Site Manager - Qld

At present, we have potential opportunities for Site Managers and Site Supervisors.The OpportunitiesYou'll be working on a diverse range of construction, fit out & refurb projects while managing a team of tradesmen & subcontractors to oversee all construction activities & contractors on-site with an uncompromising focus on quality & safety.Typical duties include ensuring Quality & Safety outcomes, scope of works delivery & working with the Project Manager on planning, programming & scheduling to deliver the project on time, in full, & within budget.

You'll enjoy a high level of interaction with clients & acting as a brand ambassador of our company.Does this sound like you?5+ years in construction as a Site Manager / Foreman with some experience in live environment works essential (ideally including experience with a Tier 2 builder).Commercial fit-out / refurb / new build experience (retail experience a bonus).Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and related key stakeholders.Sound decision-making skills with a structured, systematic, and process-oriented approach.Commercial awareness with an interest in identifying efficiencies and cost-saving methods.Self-driven, with the ability to motivate others and manage a team to achieve project objectives.Sound knowledge of quality building methods, relevant legislation, and regulations, including WHSEQ.Confident with IT / tech / apps (e.g.

Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, Procore & phone-based apps).Licenses / Quals : Police Check, Working with Children Check, White Card, First Aid and Forklift Licenses (or willing to obtain upon commencement)Australian resident qualified to work in AustraliaABOUT USPrime Build is a multidisciplinary commercial construction company with experience in a wide range of industry sectors.
