With opportunities for both recent graduates and experienced therapists, this role can be tailored to suit your current career stage.

As a Speech Pathologist at My Therapy Crew (MTC), you'll provide high-quality, client-centred therapy to individuals across the lifespan. You'll have the opportunity to specialise in areas of your interest or work across a diverse caseload. The role involves both in-clinic and community-based services, with flexibility to tailor your approach to your strengths and preferences.

Responsibilities include :

Providing client-centred speech pathology services to children and adults.Conducting assessments and developing tailored therapy plans to meet individual client needs.Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including senior Speech Pathologists, to deliver holistic care.Specialising in your preferred areas (e.g., early intervention, AAC, dysphagia, articulation, or literacy).Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for clients, families, and funding bodies.Supporting clients in achieving their goals through capacity-building interventions.Participating in professional development, including in-house and external training opportunities.This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to making a positive impact.

About YouTo qualify, you will need aBachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent)and current eligibility formembership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
